If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return the item, we offer a
full refund within our returns policy.
If you would like to return for a full refund please ensure the item is return in the original
packaging, unused and packaged securely.

Courier Collection

Via the our returns portal you will be able to book a return of your item simply and easy. Just log in
to your order and follow the steps to ensure a return is booked. The cost of the return is £9.99 on
items up to 25KG.

Refund Policy

On delivery of your order you have a 30 day period to return eligible items for a refund. If items are
returned outside of this window a credit note will be given to use against future purchases. Refunds
are paid back to the original method of payment.
Custom Fit and built products are not eligible for a refund once purchased, so please make sure
your order is correct at time of purchase


With our online purchases we do not offer a direct exchange service due to the speed and nature
of stock moving through our stores. However you are able to pop into a local store and exchange
the product if you would prefer.
Faulty or incorrect orders.
For all orders that become faulty within the manufactures guarantee window we will take
responsibility to arrange a collection of the items and either issue a replacement or credit for the
