It feels like a long time coming, which is crazy to say in such a short career, however since making a great impression at the Masters in April, Will Zalatoris has continued to impress in almost every event he’s played.
After a dramatic end to the FedEx St Jude Championship, Zalatoris can finally call himself a PGA Tour winner!
After 72 holes, tied on -15, Will faced the Austrian, Straka, as they battled it out over 3 extra holes.
After both making errors on the 3rd playoff hole (12th par 3) which meant both players had to approach the green from the drop zone, only Will could get up and down.
Let’s take a look into the equipment which supported him on his journey to PGA Tour title number 1.
Another week and another win for Tony Finau! After a lengthy period of being the nearly man with 1,975 days between wins, Finau has now gone on to claim three PGA Tour wins inside 12 months.
This week it was the Rocket Mortgage Classic with an impressive 5-shot lead over fellow countryman, Patrick Cantlay.
Previous to this, Tony hit a rich vein of form, with a second place finish in June to Rory Mcilroy in Canada, followed by the 3M Open in July.
WHAT’S IN THE BAG?
So, let’s take a look at the equipment Tony Finau has been using this season.
