It’s Go Time For The Ryder Cup

The Ceremony has now passed indicated the beginning of proceedings for the 2023 Ryder Cup from Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Rome.
Captain’s Luke Donald and Zach Johnson have addressed the crowds, welcomed their teams and most importantly set the first element of excitement in revealing Friday’s pairings for
the opening foursomes, offering up some surprises!
The final practice is done, including a superb Hole In One on the Par-4 5th hole from Viktor Hovland. Now It’s go time for the Ryder Cup.
An exciting opening group with U.S pairing Scottie Scheffler and Sam Burns taking on Europe’s newly dubbed pairing of Team Angry in Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton!
The big talking point is the exclusion of one of USA’s top scoring pairs from recent years in Justin Thomas and lifelong mate, Jordan Spieth! It’s been no secret in Justin’s lack of form this year, but with their history could that be a mistake? And to be replaced by a rookie pairing in Brian Harman and Max Homa, time will tell if Captain Johnson has made the right decision.
All in all, it makes for an exciting opener to this years Ryder Cup.
