A huge congratulations to Brooke Henderson on her second Major win and first at the Evian Championship.
What looked to be a steady run for the win on Saturday with a 5 shot lead at the midway point soon became a battle with plenty of drama on Sunday.
A nervy start on Sunday included a first hole bogey, soon followed by a four putt double bogey on 6. She soon found herself swamped by names such as Nelly Korda, Charlie Hull and Lydia Ko.
Brooke required nerves of steel and a solid mental game headed into the back 9 to find a way back to the top.
Birdies at 14 and 15 drew her level with Sophia Schubert, before holing a 10 footer on 18 for her first Major win since 2016.
An exciting Sunday, full of drama, showcasing a fantastic standard of golf for the women’s game.
Let’s take a look at the equipment Brooke used to secure the Evian Championship with this weeks, What’s In The Bag!
