If you book via the website, you will receive an email confirming the appointment. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation charge.
Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
All lesson information and records will be safeguarded and will remain confidential.
Personal and identifiable information will not be shared with any third parties, without your prior written confirmation. You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. HEALTH AND SAFETY
All our golf professionals are qualified for the services that they provide.
All professionals maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed lesson. They will be invited to stay to watch the lessons.
AFGOLFSTORE reserve the right to refuse any lesson and service if a client is physically or verbally abusive towards our staff or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from the store and may also result in criminal proceedings.
AFGOLFSTORE provides a variety of golf products and services
The client has a duty to provide accurate and true medical and personal information, to the best of their knowledge, to AFGOLFSTORE professionals that may effect thier ability to carry out a golf lesson, movement or club fitting.
AFGOLFSTORE reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if they believe that it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate lesson or fitting at any time, regardless of prior consent given.

AFGOLFSTORE POSTAL GIFT CARDS
AFGOLFSTORE Gift Card allows you to purchase a postal gift card either at the store, over the phone or on our web site. The physical Gift Card can be posted to you or directly to the recipient.
AFGOFLSTORE E VOUCHERS
You can purchase and send an e-gift card immediately, via email and complete your purchase using a credit/debit card.
You will need the email address for the recipient of your AFGOLFSTORE e-gift card. You may choose to have your e-gift card emailed to the recipient or yourself to print off and give to the recipient.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. (Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world)
You authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card account at the time you purchase your e-gift card
Each e-gift card has a unique AFGOLFSTORE number and QR code associated with it no matter how many times the email is printed out. It can only be redeemed once.

FEES AND EXPIRATION OF CARDS
AFGOLFSTORE have a 12 month expiry date from date of purchase. If a customer misses a booked appointment, AFGOLFSTORE reserve the right to deduct a 50% charge as per our general terms.
When you use your AFGOLFSTORE, we will provide a receipt if you request one.
ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct the balance of your AFGOLFSTORE Card if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has happened and will inform you if this does occur. Please look after your AFGOLFSTORE Gift Card as we cannot be responsible if it is lost or stolen.
If your AFGOLFSTORE Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it cannot be replaced or redeemed and cannot be redeemed for cash.
AFGOLFSTORE reserves the right to change, modify and/or to terminate, discontinue or cancel the AFGOLFSTORE MYRewardCard program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately by posting the revisions to our web site and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
The AFGOLFSTORE MYRewardCard program is intended for personal use only and you must be over 18 years of age.
Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how AFGOLFSTORE collects, uses and discloses information about customers.
AFGOLFSTORE Rewards is aimed at rewarding and thanking our loyal customers. Members are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be redeemed for AFGOLFSTORE Rewards benefits/promotions offered at certain periods.
JOINING AFGOLFSTORE MYREWARDCARD
You can enrol by visiting our store and asking one of our staff to become a member.
The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards)
You earn Points when you purchase a treatment or product based on the value of your purchase. Points for qualifying purchases are automatically added to your loyalty account.
We may offer you special promotions and points boost at certain times.
For any void purchases, we will deduct the points that you were awarded for that purchase.
AFGOLFSTORE Rewards that are determined by the number of points that you accumulate in your account each year. By opening an account and registering, you will be automatically enrolled in AFGOFLSTORE MYRewardCard program.
Once you reach a specific level of points, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level at that time. However, you must continue to earn and accumulate points in order to maintain your benefits.
To maintain all benefits, you must earn at least fifty (250) new points during each consecutive 12-month period following your enrolment date. If you do not earn at least fifty (250) new points in each 12-month period, your balance will automatically reset to zero (0)
Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards/vouchers.
Your account is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred or assigned to anyone else
You may have only one AFGOLFSTORE Rewards account
MYREWARDS Card cannot be replaced if Lost.
AFGOLFSTORE may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicated. In the event that your participation in AFGOLFSTORE Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
